A Big Surprise at Night

Every evening, my family and I are in our small room. My parents sit with me and tell me interesting(有趣的) stories. I listen carefully(小心地) and feel very happy.

We are poor, but we love each other(互相). Sometimes we feel hungry, but we never forget about our warm(温暖的) life.

To my surprise, a small bird flies(飞) into our room! It wants to join in our happy time. It stands near the bed and sings with us. Now the room becomes the best(最好的) place in the whole world.I love my family and our wonderful(精彩的) evenings!
