A Squirrel’s Stupid Plan

A little squirrel(松鼠) lives in a big park. He has a very silly plan. He wants to fill his home with nuts(坚果) and become one of the richest animals in the park.

Every morning, he tries to look for nuts. He runs so fast that other small animals go past him quickly(快速地). He is not the fastest or the cleverest, but he keeps working. His family members do not worry about him. They know he enjoys this funny game.

The squirrel wants to record every nut he gets. He uses leaves as notebooks, but none of them have real words. He is the slowest at writing, but he never stops.

For years, he keeps doing this. It doesn’t matter(不重要) if he is slow. What matters is his love for nuts. If possible, he will have plans to collect(收集) more and more nuts. What a funny and lovely squirrel!
