Today is the Beijing Marathon. Many people come to watch the exciting race. The way(赛道) is very long, with thousands of metres. Everyone runs fast and wants to cross the finishing line early.

A fat(胖的) boy takes part in the race. At his age, he thinks he can run very well. But after only one minute, he has a bad stomachache. He wants to stop and take a rest.

He thinks hard(努力地): fall behind or run on? He chooses to run on slowly. People watch him move slowly and funny. Some cheer and some laugh. Everyone holds their breath to see if he can make it.

He runs here and there, looking so cute and silly. However, he never gives up(放弃). Finally, he crosses the finishing line. He is the last one, but he still feels confident and fine. What a funny and brave(勇敢的) boy!
