Funny Bright Side in Class
Today’s art class was a mess(糟糕)! I tried to draw a cat but spilled(洒) paint all over my paper and desk. It was full of bad things, and I expected to get in trouble(糟糕的). I almost(差点) cried.
My deskmate(同桌) had different opinions. He patted(拍拍) my shoulder and said, “Look on the bright side!” He showed(展示) me his messy picture—his “sun” looked like a big orange. We laughed loudly(大声地).
Our teacher didn’t get angry. She said our messy(乱糟糟的) pictures were the funniest and brightest. I believe even bad things can be good things. Looking on the bright side turned(变成) my bad day into a funny one!
